He assists clients in the management of large assets, in real estate and securities enforcement proceedings, against and in favour of banks and insurance companies, as well as in bankruptcy proceedings. The protection of rights is its specialty. He also follows customers in civil and commercial contracts in general. With regard to the sectors of activity, he provides assistance in out-of-court and litigation.
Education
He graduated in Law in 1997 at La Sapienza University in Rome. From 1999 until 2002 he trained and carried out his professional activity at the studio of Prof. Giuseppe Bozzi. In 2002 he joined Studio Grillo. Since 2020 he is also a member of the legal area of the Merger Advisors network.
Since 2004 he has been a member of the Rome Bar Association.
