The judicial and procedural activity in the field of business and corporate law is his main professional field and constitutes a natural element and an essential prerequisite for the further business consulting activity that he has been dealing with for some time both for the conclusion of investment operations or corporate restructuring and for the solution of business crisis contexts.

The solid background in the field of  public law also allows the protection of interests in the field of tenders and competitions. He has taught at the School of Specialization for Legal Professions of the “LUISS Guido Carli” in Rome, as well as training activities for public and private bodies and companies

He is a member of the National Federal Court of the F.I.G.C. – Italian Football Federation (Disciplinary Section). He is Assistant Prosecutor at the F.I.R. – Italian Rugby Federation.

Education
He graduated in Law in 1998 at the LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, immediately joined the firm of Prof. Beniamino Caravita di Toritto, where he trained in both Administrative Law and Corporate Law and remained until 2005. He then landed at Studio Grillo. Since 2020 he is also a member of the legal area of the Merger Advisors network.

Since 2001 he has been admitted to the Bar of Rome and is qualified to practice before the Court of Cassation and other Superior Courts.
